21 Days of Nourishment

21 Days of Nourishment
Event on 2013-01-25 11:00:00

Do you think of food as “good” and “bad”, or as what you “should” and “shouldn’t” eat?

Do you think about yourself as “good” or “bad” based upon what you’ve eaten?

Did you feel guilty about what you ate between Thanksgiving and New Year’s?

Are you tired of counting carbs, calories, fat grams, points or whatever, aka living in deprivation, and still not having the body you think you want, or liking, the body you have?

Let’s change this whole conversation.

Let’s focus on nourishing ourselves —between now and next Thanksgiving — and for life.

This is not a cleanse or a fad diet. This is an opportunity to change your eating habits.

It takes 21 days to change a habit so let’s do it.

My program focuses on changing the way we think about food and our bodies. I teach you how to choose the healthiest foods, and how to determine which healthy foods work best for you. A healthy body weight is an outcome of a healthy relationship with food.

This is a group program that meets in person, for an hour, 6 times over a 3 week period on the dates below. The program includes teaching healthy eating habits, personal coaching, recipes, tips and time for questions and discussion. Investment for this program is .95. Participation is limited.

Dates are Jan 25th, 28th, Feb 1st, 4th, 8th and 11th.
