I need to lose 60 pounds and I am super serious about it and I need help. I have a year to lose it and I would love any tips and advice

Cut out soda and chips from your diet. You’ll be suprised how much you lose in 2 weeks. Then stay away from mc donalds or any fast food place. Eat salads and stuff. And don’t forget about exercise. Be consistent. That’s the key. Start on low intensity workouts if you are out if shape and slowly progress to harder ones. Hope I helped a little 🙂
