Im 13, F, 5’2 and I weigh 133, by May I would like to weigh 110-115. I was thinking of doing walking exercises for 30 minutes, also can you provide me some good eating habits and foods I should dodge?

At home I would recommend Calisthenics. Push up increase chest and give the appearance of standing tall…pull up can expand your back and force you to sit up right.

as far as food if its from the earth eat it…if its from a resturant or can dump it…
